The Inn at Tyler Hill check-in time is 3:00PM, and check-out time is 11:00AM. The Inn will make every effort to personalize your stay if an alternative time of departure is provided when the reservation is made. Late check-out requests may be made through the front desk only and are subject to determination based on hotel occupancy. Additional charges may apply.
Minimum Age Requirements
All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at The Inn at Tyler Hill. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check- in for age and credit card verification. Acceptable forms of identification include a driver’s license, passport or proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
A $100 deposit is charged at the time of the booking to guarantee the room. The remaining balance is charged to the card on file at check out. If you would like to arrange an alternative form of payment for your remaining balance i.e. cash or a different card, please present it at check in.
Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Should you depart early before the departure date confirmed for any reason, the hotel has the right to impose an early departure fee.
All cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival can be cancelled with no fee. Cancellations within the 48 hours are subject to the $100 fee. All fees are subject to tax.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a non-refundable deposit of the full stay at the time of booking. Non-guaranteed reservations are not accepted.
Parking is available for free on property.
The Inn at Tyler Hill is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Inn, cigar smoking IS permitted on the porches of the Inn. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guestroom, the hotel will charge a $250.00 cleaning fee, placed on the guest folio before or after check-out. Smoking is permitted around the grounds. Please make sure to clean up after yourself and be courteous around guests who may not favor smoking.
Cats and dogs are allowed. Please advise when making a reservation if bringing an animal into the hotel so we may prepare for arrival accordingly. Guests will incur a $50 pet fee per stay plus applicable taxes.

Roll Away Beds
Roll-away beds are available for $20 per night plus tax. Room type must fit roll-away (note: Victorian Style Home Suites cannot accommodate a roll-away) and requests must be confirmed with property directly. Roll-away beds must remain on ground level in our Barn Suites

Rates are confirmed in USD. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversion or foreign charge fees by the bank or credit card company, which are not within the hotel’s control.
All special offers and promotions are marked as such. If they are not labeled as such, you cannot derive any rights in the event of obvious errors or mistakes.
Rates confirmed are for the number of occupants listed in your e-mail confirmation, per room, per night and do not include additional charges for roll-away beds. Room capacity should not exceed that listed for each room and will incur a $100 fee a night ( plus applicable taxes) if maximums are exceeded. Tour and package rates vary according to the features of the specific package or program offered by The Inn. The applicable charges for the packages confirmed are indicated in your e-mail confirmation details. Applicable taxes and service charges will be added to the hotel bill unless indicated as a package feature. The taxes and service charges shown on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.

A 3% Wayne County Hotel Tax as well as a 6% Pennsylvania Hotel Occupancy Tax is automatically added and non-negotiable.
