Check In/Checkout.

Check-in begins at 3:00PM. Checkout is at 11:00AM. The Inn will make every effort to personalize your stay if an alternative time of arrival or departure is required.

Deposit Policy

A $100 deposit is charged at the time of the booking to guarantee the room. The remaining balance is charged to the card on file at check out. If you would like to arrange an alternative form of payment for your remaining balance i.e. cash or a different card, please present it at check in.

Cancellations

All cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival can be cancelled with no fee. Cancellations within the 48 hours are subject to the $100 fee. All fees are subject to tax.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Inn. Should you choose to smoke in your room a 250.00 cleaning fee will be assessed. Smoking is permitted on the porches of the Inn and on the grounds. The use of vape pens and any open flames such as candles are not permitted on the grounds.  Please make sure to clean up after yourself and be courteous around guests who may not favor smoking.

Pet Policy

The Inn at Tyler Hill welcomes Cats and Dogs.  Please advise the front desk when making a reservation if bringing an animal into the hotel so we may prepare for arrival accordingly. A $50 + Tax pet fee will be added per stay.  Pets are allowed in the Barn Suites ONLY!

Rate Rules & Restrictions

Rates are confirmed in USD. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversion or foreign charge fees by the bank or credit card company, which are not within the Inn’s control.

All special offers and promotions are marked as such. If they are not labeled as such, you cannot derive any rights in the event of obvious errors or mistakes.

Rates confirmed are for the number of occupants listed in your e-mail confirmation, per room, per night and do not include additional charges for roll-away beds. Room capacity should not exceed that listed for each room and will incur a $100 fee a night ( plus applicable taxes) if maximums are exceeded.

Fees, Taxes & Service

A 3% Wayne County Hotel Tax as well as a 6% Pennsylvania Hotel Occupancy Tax is automatically added.
